Alan heads up the TeleWare sales teams, including the TeleWare Global Sales Team which provide BT sales and technical teams with the support needed from TeleWare.

With over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry in senior sales and general manager roles, Alan has been responsible for delivery of £220 million in revenue for NTL Business, managing and motivating a sales force of circa 100 people. He worked within BT sales and management for over 15 years in a variety of departments including BT Retail, BT Ignite and BT Broadband. Alan is a skilled negotiator and has demonstrated the ability to support global customers and to recruit and up-skill a sales team to achieve challenging company objectives.
