Technical Support Consultants

TeleWare, the UK’s leading CTI company, has opportunities for Technical Support Specialists, to meet increasing demands for Multi Media messaging and CTI applications. The interaction of telephones, computing and messaging systems provides an interesting and challenging environment.

As a member of the Customer Services Support team, you will provide technical and end-user telephone support on integrated telephony products to TeleWare customers. This is a technical IT role, however, applicants must also possess excellent communication skills.

A working knowledge of WindowsNT/Windows 2003 is expected plus familiarity of the Microsoft Office products. No previous CTI experience is required.

SQL Developer

Working in a dynamic development environment as a member of a team developing new products. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience of designing and architecting databases on Microsoft SQL Server. A strong, working knowledge of Transact-SQL is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in scalable design, replication, and data warehousing, Reporting Services and SQL Server 2005. Any experience in the following additional areas would be beneficial but not required: XML, .NET and ASP. Having the ability to meet strict deadlines and using your own initiative is imperative.
