Richard has been with TeleWare since early 2004 and spent over a year working at the company headquarters in the UK. Prior to joining TeleWare, Richard was responsible for the launch of Telecom New Zealand's IP Centrex solution and also took their £50m Enhanced Voice Services portfolio which had been in consistent decline for three years back into a position of net growth.

Richard has full responsibility for company strategy and go-to-market policy in Australia and New Zealand, as well as for recruiting channel partners and working with resellers to expand TeleWare’s installed base.
