Why deploy a Managed Service?

With a managed solution the hardware can be located either in our secure data centre or on the customer premise. The hardware is owned by the customer but monitored, managed and supported by TeleWare. This solution ensures the business has the maximum flexibility for local integration and tailoring combined with the minimum overhead for support and service. This is ideal where the customer prefers minimal involvement with ongoing operation or the system.

How it works

TeleWare’s own specialist staff will undertake an agreed range of system administration and support tasks on behalf of the customer. The managed services are provided in addition to the standard support and software upgrade package included as part of the AULM. Where TeleWare is contracted under a Managed Service agreement, the in-house 24x7 Help Desk will handle customer requests for service, such as the addition of new users and changes to class of service. Other tasks include routine system monitoring and the generation of monthly statistical reports designed to assist the customer in achieving maximum benefit from the TeleWare system. TeleWare’s development team are also able to develop customised call handling applications on the customer’s behalf, using the TeleWare intelligent Application Builder (iAB) suite of products (see iAB datasheets).
