On-Premise Solutions

On-Premise Solutions

Today, on-premise installations account for around 60% of TeleWare’s installed base. An on-site installation provides a dedicated server solution with the assets owned by the customer and implemented on the customer's site.

Installation and commissioning services are available from our engineering support staff who work with our sales partners to deliver, build, integrate and commission both the hardware and software components of the solution. Ongoing customer care is provided.

TeleWare’s customer service department takes a pro-active role in testing on-premise installations and checking for performance issues as well offering suggestions on system configuration and undertaking system health checks.

The TeleWare Help Desk provides a single point of contact for user queries and for incident reporting and follow-up. All calls to the Help Desk are logged and progressed to ensure first class technical and end-user support is maintained.

Software Licensing

All TeleWare on-premise solutions are covered by an Annual Use License and Maintenance Agreement (AULM) to ensure that the customer's support team are provided with regular software upgrades and bug fixes, as well as help desk support.

The AULM ensures that the installation is covered by a known and predictable cost of ownership that covers all maintenance and support, including free software upgrades. A range of Service Level Agreements (SLA) is offered, including both weekend and 24x7 cover.

Temporary Coverage

iTeleTemp is a service for TeleWare customers that provides temporary cover should your own system administration staff managing your TeleWare system be unavailable - for example, due to illness or annual leave. It provides a lower cost alternative to opting for a fully managed service. The service is designed to supplement internal resource and provides up to 20 days of cover which can be taken at anytime within a 12 month contract period.

Spreading the Cost

TeleWare offers a number of ways to purchase TeleWare applications without the need for capital budget. Leasing facilities are available. In addition, TeleWare has a Facilities Management service where TeleWare retains the ownership of the hardware and software and charges on a usage basis, for example, a monthly fee per user.
