Call Recording

A call recording service should allow any call to be recorded, no matter whether the user is in an office environment, working from home or on a mobile phone.

Many organisations can benefit from recording telephone calls. For example, a review of how staff handle calls can help identify areas where additional training would be beneficial. The ability to ‘play back’ what was said during a call can also help resolve disputes and ensure data is captured accurately.

There are well established centralised call recording products on the market, but these systems fit poorly when the system has to contend with non-office based situations such as having the ability to

  • Record your calls no matter where you are
  • Work across any telecoms infrastructure
  • Handle both incoming and outgoing calls
  • Provide call recording for home workers or at off-site locations

How to Provide a Comprehensive yet Cost Effective Call Recording Solution

Call Recording

Allows any call to be recorded, no matter whether the user is in an office environment, working
from home or on a mobile phone.

Delivering call recording as a hosted service makes call recording a viable proposition for any size of organisation and number of users whereas traditional recording systems would, typically, be uneconomical for small numbers of users.

The costs typically associated with purchasing, installing and maintaining call recording equipment at each location where calls are to be recorded can be avoided by using a hosted service delivered from a secure and resilient remote platform.

Where required to meet stringent security standards, such as FSA compliance requirements, a call recording solution can be enhanced with additional capabilities including tamper evidence, two factor authentication and unique encryption keys.
